For HEBT HOA Residents Only

These roles are limited to Association members:

HOA Board of Directors

There are currently 3 open positions.

Estimated commitment: 2–4 hours per month.

Prior committee experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend monthly Board meetings

• Review and approve contracts (pool, landscaping, insurance, etc.)

• Oversee Association operations and vendor management

Social Committee Chair

Organize fun community events at the pool and throughout the year.

Estimated commitment: 1–2 hours per month.

A small budget is provided for supplies.

Communications Committee

Manage newsletters, website updates, and social media (Facebook, X/Twitter).

Estimated commitment: 2–3 hours per month.

Welcome Committee Chair

Welcome new homeowners with information and support.

Estimated commitment: 1–2 hours per month.

Pond Captain

Help keep the community pond and surrounding area clean.

Estimated commitment: 10–15 minutes per week (great for regular walkers).

Open to All Members

Tennis Coordinator

We are looking for an active tennis player to take over this important role.

Estimated commitment: 2–3 hours per week during spring/summer.

Pool Concessions Coordinator

Manage inventory and ordering for the pool concession stand.

Estimated commitment: 30 minutes per week during the summer.

Water Polo Team Committee Chair

Coordinate the water polo program, coaches, and events.

Estimated commitment: 4–6 hours per month (peaks during season).
