Swim Team
The HEBT Seahawks are a summer recreational swim team in the Naperville Swim Conference. We offer high-quality coaching and technique instruction for swimmers ages 5–18 of all ability levels.
Our goal is to help every swimmer improve their skills, build confidence, develop sportsmanship, and — most importantly — have fun while making friends. Every swimmer participates at every meet.
How to Join
You must have an active HEBT Family Membership.
Complete Swim Team Registration for each child.

Swim Team Skills Required
Ages 6 & Under: Swim 1 length of freestyle and 1 length of backstroke unassisted
Ages 8 & Under: Swim 1 length of freestyle and 1 length of backstroke unassisted
Ages 9 & Under: Swim 2 lengths of freestyle and 2 lengths of backstroke or breaststroke/butterfly unassisted
Unassisted = No holding lane lines or touching the bottom of the pool.
Note: While swimmers will improve their strokes through team practices, practices are group-based and are not a substitute for private or group swim lessons.
